HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For residents in Italy:
If you wish to return or exchange a product, the first return is free of charge. Simply follow the instructions provided. The company will organize the collection of the product and send a courier with the replacement item. Download the return/exchange form here: Return/Exchange Form

For residents in EU or non-EU countries:
Return or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. Download the return form here


INFORMATION NOTICE

In accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Sale you accepted at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • Within 28 (twenty-eight) days of receiving the product, the correctly completed return form must be sent via email to customercare@displaj.it. The first exchange is free and covered by the company via its designated courier. Subsequent exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

  • Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must include all information in the return form and send the product(s) with the completed form to:
    DI. PEN. s.r.l. – Via Castelgandolfo 14, 80013 Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA), ITALY,
    or to the courier appointed by the Seller (DISPLAJ). If you use a different courier, all related costs will be at your expense.

  • If returning multiple items, they must be sent together and in the same condition in which they were received.

You must also ensure that:
a) the item is intact with the security tag still attached;
b) the item is returned in its original packaging;
c) each garment includes all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories received (dust bags, hangers, garment bags, etc.);
d) garments must not be worn, washed, altered or show any signs of use;
e) garments must be properly packaged as originally received;
f) the return is accompanied by the completed return form.

Upon valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, DISPLAJ will refund the returned item’s price, including the first shipping fee, within 14 (fourteen) days, or offer a discount code equal to the returned item’s value.

g) Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract with DI. PEN. s.r.l. (the "Seller" or "DISPLAJ"), without penalty and without providing any reason, within 28 days from the date you received the products purchased on displaj.it.

In accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by:

a) sending the completed Return Form via email to customercare@displaj.it. The Seller will confirm receipt via email.
b) sending a postal communication in line with Article 49, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.
c) sending a written and explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw by post to:

In such cases, the burden of proof for correct and timely exercise of the withdrawal lies with you.

According to Article 57, products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.


1. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the following conditions are met:

  • Withdrawal is exercised within 28 days from product receipt.

  • Products must meet the conditions in Art. 3 and must not be used, worn, or washed.

  • The identifying tag must be attached with the single-use seal.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All tags and original accessories must be included.

  • Items must not be damaged or show any signs of use.

  • Items must be adequately packaged.

  • The return must include the completed return form.

  • Returns must be shipped from the same country of delivery.

  • Items must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.

If all conditions are met, the Seller will refund the full purchase price (excluding return shipping unless covered). If the return method or courier is different, costs are borne by the customer.


2. RETURN METHODS

The Seller recommends using GLS (https://www.gls-italy.com/) for returns. If you use GLS and the provided return label, you won’t pay return shipping in advance. The Seller will deduct a fixed amount equal to the original shipping fee from your refund.

This method also allows you to track the shipment and avoid responsibility for lost or damaged items.

If you use another courier, all shipping and risks are your responsibility.

No refunds will be given for additional shipping services beyond the standard option.


3. PRODUCT VERIFICATION

If your return does not meet the conditions in Article 1 or falls under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, it will not be accepted. You will be able to request the return of the item at your expense. If you refuse, DISPLAJ will retain the item and its value.

Items must be returned new, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. DISPLAJ may reduce the refund if items show wear or are incomplete.

You will be contacted if a deduction applies. You may opt to receive the item back at your expense instead of a reduced refund.


4. REFUND TIMING AND METHOD

After receiving and checking your return, DISPLAJ will confirm acceptance via email and issue the refund. If value loss is found, you will be informed, and only the adjusted amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, once all conditions are verified.

Timing depends on payment method:

  • PayPal: refund will appear immediately on your account.

  • Credit/Debit Card: timing depends on your card issuer.

  • Cash on Delivery: refund via bank transfer to your provided account, usually within 14 days.

For gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


5. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may return a defective or incorrect product within 28 days from delivery using the return form in the Customer Service area.

DISPLAJ may request photographic evidence before authorizing the return.

Returns must follow the same conditions outlined in sections 1 and 2. If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, DISPLAJ will refund the full purchase price, including both initial and return shipping fees.

If no defect is found, your return will be refused and you can choose to have the item returned at your expense. Refusal means DISPLAJ can retain the product and claim incurred costs.


6. PRODUCT EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability, under these conditions:

  • Request the exchange within 28 days of delivery by emailing the completed return form to customercare@displaj.it.

  • Products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of notifying the Seller.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per product.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and seal intact.

  • Items from the same order must be returned in a single shipment.

  • Exchange must include the completed return form.

If the selected replacement is unavailable, you will be refunded instead. If available, you will receive a confirmation and shipping notice within 30 working days. Replacement shipping is free.

No price adjustments will be made for different product prices. Alternatively, you can opt for a standard return instead of an exchange.

If your request is invalid, DISPLAJ may reject it and return the item at your expense. If refused, DISPLAJ may retain both the product and its value.

Replacement items may be returned under Article 52 of the Consumer Code.


7. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TAG

All products sold by DISPLAJ include a tag with a single-use seal. Please try on items without removing the tag. Returns without the tag will not be accepted.


8. CONSUMER CODE

These Return Terms are part of the General Terms of Sale and are governed by Italian law, particularly Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206.
