General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale of products on our website www.displaj.it is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products purchased on www.displaj.it are sold directly by DI. PEN. s.r.l. (the “Seller”), a company headquartered in Italy, Vico San Giacomo 81, 80013 – Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA), registered in the Companies Register under Tax Code and VAT No. 03723211219, REA Number: NA-627179, PEC: dipensrl@pec.it

1. Our Commercial Policy

1.1 The Seller conducts e-commerce exclusively for end users over the age of majority and acting as “consumers” (B2C).
1.2 A "consumer" is any individual acting on displaj.it for purposes not related to their trade, business, or professional activity.
1.3 The Seller reserves the right not to accept purchase proposals from individuals who are not “consumers” or who violate this commercial policy (e.g. suspected fraud or illegal activity). In such cases, the user will be notified of the refusal. All purchase proposals and returns must reflect ordinary consumer needs.
1.4 These General Terms of Sale apply only to product orders submitted on displaj.it and accepted by the Seller. The Seller monitors order and return frequency.
1.5 These Terms do not govern services or product sales by third parties linked via banners or hyperlinks on displaj.it. The Seller is not responsible for services or transactions by third parties.


2. Information on Contract Formation under Legislative Decree April 9, 2003, No. 70

2.1 To purchase one or more products, you must submit an order proposal through displaj.it, following the instructions.
2.2 Before submitting your order proposal, carefully review the Terms of Sale and Right of Withdrawal notice, print or save a copy. In accordance with Art. 51, para. 7 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), before submission, we will provide a summary of the commercial terms, key product features, price (including taxes), payment methods, shipping methods and costs, contact details of the Seller, estimated delivery date, right of withdrawal, and information about dispute resolution through the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
2.3 The confirmation page and checkout summarize the essential product details, pricing (including taxes), and shipping costs (including any premium service fees).
2.4 Sending the order proposal is a binding offer. You will be able to correct any input errors before submission.
2.5 Upon submitting your proposal, you’ll receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt – this does not constitute acceptance.
2.6 The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts your order via a second email confirming acceptance and shipment. This email will include a copy of the Terms and Conditions and the Right of Withdrawal summary.
2.7 Your order proposal will be stored in our database as required by law. You can access your proposal in your personal account section.
2.8 The contract may be concluded in Italian or English.
2.9 The Seller may refuse orders lacking solvency guarantees, incomplete orders, or unavailable products. In such cases, you’ll be notified within 30 days and refunded any payments made.
2.10 Submitting your order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from ordering.
2.11 By submitting your order, you also accept all other information provided on www.displaj.it, including Terms, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.


3. Product Warranties and Prices

3.1 The Seller sells only top-quality products selected for their strict quality control.
3.2 The Seller does not sell second-hand, irregular, or substandard products. Fashion or vintage items may appear worn due to their nature; descriptions will clarify any such cases.
3.3 Essential product features are listed in each product page. Colors and images may differ slightly due to screen and browser settings.
3.4 Product prices may change. Please check the final price before ordering. If a clear pricing error occurs, your order will not be accepted, and you’ll be contacted with the correct price.
3.5 All products include an identification tag sealed with a disposable security seal.
3.7 Products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for defects. Notify the Seller within one (1) month of discovery. If defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement. If not possible, you may receive a price reduction or contract termination under Art. 130 of the Consumer Code.


4. Payment

4.1 Payment for products and shipping can be made via one of the following:

No extra charges beyond actual costs will apply.
4.2 For credit card payments, your financial data (e.g., card number or expiry) is encrypted and handled by secure payment providers. The Seller will not use this information for any purpose except for refunds or fraud prevention.
Payment will be charged upon product shipment.


5. Promotional Codes

5.1 Promotional codes are value vouchers that apply a discount to your order.
5.2 Enter the code during the first checkout page to apply it to your order.
5.3 Restrictions:

  • One-time use only

  • Not convertible to cash

  • Cannot combine with other vouchers

  • Applies to a single item per order

  • Must exceed the voucher value by at least €1

5.4 If returning an item purchased with a voucher, follow the return procedure. Once accepted, the code can be reactivated, and the balance refunded as per the usual process.


6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 For shipping details, refer to the Shipping section or contact Customer Service. These terms form an integral part of this agreement and are considered accepted when submitting your order.


7. Customer Service

7.1 You may request assistance by contacting customercare@displaj.it or visiting the Customer Service section.


8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 You may exercise your right of withdrawal by visiting the Returns section, which is an integral part of these Terms.


9. Refund Timing and Method

9.1 Regardless of payment method, refunds (full or partial) will be issued within fourteen (14) days after confirming the exercise of your right and checking returned items.
9.2 Refunds are issued via the same method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. If the payer differs from the recipient, the refund goes to the payer.


10. Privacy

10.1 Data processing complies with EU Regulation 2016/679. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law, particularly the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 (E-commerce Directive).
11.2 The European Commission provides an ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr for resolving disputes online.
11.3 Any disputes may be brought before the court of the consumer’s residence or, at their choice, the Court of Naples.


12. Changes and Updates

12.1 The Seller may update these Terms in accordance with legal changes. Updates will be effective upon publication on DISPLAJ.IT.
