in Italy:

Purchases up to €99: shipping cost €9.99.
Purchases over €99: free shipping.
In the European Union:

Purchases up to €200: shipping cost €15.
Purchases over €200: Free shipping.
Outside the European Union:

Purchases up to €300: shipping cost €50.
Purchases over €300: free shipping.

All orders are sent via GLS express courier. Delivery times in Europe vary between 48 and 72 hours.



DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
The total delivery time is calculated by adding the order preparation time to the shipping time. You will receive an email for each step of your order: this way you will always be updated and you will be able to follow the progress of your purchase until delivery.

Days: all days are working days, i.e.: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Preparation times with ‘items in stock’: if items are immediately available, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 1 p.m. or the following working day if placed after 1 p.m. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the following Monday.

Shipping times: all orders are shipped via GLS express courier. In exceptional cases, shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions).
